Error file system 1148

Please can you tell me if your able to change anything on your PC or access settings that requires you to be an Administrator? I think we need to troubleshoot the error about File System Error rather then the game pass for the time being.

It will be ideal if we knew the second error that you get. The first one seems to be a generic one where you don't have Administrator rights. The second error I've only encountered I think once or twice. It's the same string of numbers but ends with instead of Most of the time it's error. I've tried to update the Game Pass App every day, there doesn't seem to be any updates for it. The game I'm able to play is Banner Saga 1.

I've downloaded Wargroove and it seems to start with a load up screen, but then it just closes itself. No error with that game, though. Also, any other game I try to download now will not even start to download, giving me an error code 0x in the Xbox Beta App. The error I have placed in bold is an error I have seen a fellow gamer handle, and post, in Xbox Support.
